WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Seawater Saunas– Rooftop sauna, cold baths & hot tubs

Location: Strand road, Bray, Co. WIcklow

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.

By signing this waiver, I agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the sauna and plunge pool facilities provided by Seawater Saunas. I will adhere to all the rules for the use of saunas, cold baths & hot tubs. I understand and agree that management reserves the right to refuse admission. No person under the influence of alcohol or drugs will gain admission to the saunas.

I acknowledge that This Sauna is not supervised inside the Sauna and surrounding bath areas by the Owner, its employees or by any Owner related parties

 I acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I understand that the use of sauna and cold bath facilities carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Sudden changes in blood pressure or heart rate
• Heat-related illnesses (e.g., heatstroke, dehydration)
• Cold shock or hypothermia
• Slipping or falling due to wet surfaces
• Exacerbation of pre-existing medical conditions
• Injury or death resulting from misuse of facilities

I confirm I am in good physical health and do not suffer from any condition that may be worsened by the use of a sauna or cold bath, including but not limited to cardiovascular problems, respiratory conditions, pregnancy, or chronic illness.

2. Assumption of Risk

I assume full responsibility for any risks of injury, illness, damage, or death while using the facilities, whether caused by negligence of Seawater Saunas, its employees, affiliates, or otherwise.

3. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Seawater Saunas, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me while on the premises or using any of the facilities.

4. Personal Belongings

You are responsible for securing your personal belongings. Seawater Saunas is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. This includes but it not limited to bathing suits, jewellery, phones, wallets, glasses, lenses, towels and footwear.

5. Rules and Conduct

I agree to follow all posted rules and verbal instructions provided by staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in being asked to leave the premises without refund or compensation.

6. Medical Attention

I authorize Seawater Saunas to secure medical treatment in the event of an emergency, and I agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

7. Minors

We do not allow under 18’s access. Our staff are permitted to ask for identification upon entering the sauna and are obliged to refuse any person under the age of 18. Booking and paying online in advance does not guarantee entrance to anybody.

If anyone under the age of 18 books and pays online we will not refund their money.
